General Guide (All Licensures)
Practitioners holding an active Massachusetts license may provide teletherapy services to Massachusetts residents.
MA Act 260 was signed into law on 1/1/2021. It expands the practice of telehealth and requires coverage of telehealth services provided by behavioral health professionals.
