I need help with a question about IQ re-testing and changes

The question is something like...

If a child is tested using the WISC-V when they're 11 or 12 and get an IQ in the high 130s, when they are re-tested at age 15, again using the WISC-V, will their IQ be more likely to:

  1. go down slightly

  2. go up slightly

  3. go up a lot

  4. go down a lot

These aren't the actually answer options, but it gives the gist of the question. Can someone tell me what they think is the right answer and why?

My instinct was to think that since it's a very high score, it would just make sense for the IQ to go down slightly, BUT I want the actual answer/reasoning if possible.

Thank you all!
