Using the Pomodoro Technique to Study More Efficiently & Increase Productivity

If you're having trouble staying on task, find your mind wandering, or just can't build momentum to study, try the Pomodoro Technique. It's a way to start small, work in manageable increments, and take regular breaks. Our brains aren't equipped to handle marathon study sessions without breaks and we end up working much harder and fighting the process. The Pomodoro Technique uses your natural rhythms, incorporates predictable breaks, and increases motivation.  Check out the video for more ways to make the Pomodoro Technique work for you and start studying more efficiently!
