Last week, we posted about Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome and noted that symptoms of NMS and Serotonin Syndrome overlapped in many ways. Here's a quick guide to Serotonin Syndrome and a mnemonic to help with recalling some of the more prominent symptoms. Much like NMS, there is quite a bit of autonomic dysfunction, with symptoms ranging from more mild to severe. Regardless of symptoms, individuals should seek care immediately so they can get proper treatment.
