Dr. Drew Ramsey's "Feed Your Mental Health" talk focuses on the research that has been done in the field of Nutritional Psychiatry and shares the key nutrients for lowering depression and anxiety and where to find them. It covers inflammation, the microbiome and other key concepts that directly impact mental health as well as how to maximize optimal mental health and mental fitness. 

Drew is a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has a psychiatric practice and is the founder of the brain food clinic in New York City. Drew co-hosts Friday Sessions, an IGTV series on male mental health for Men’s Health Magazine. He’s delivered three TED Talks and appeared on the BBC documentary Food and the Brain. Drew has authored four books, including his newest book , Eat To Beat Depression and Anxiety, and his writings have been featured on the Today’s Show, CBS Sunday Morning, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal.
