About Me

Each year, 10,000 neighbors (150 per day) turn to us for trusted care

We provide care for anyone living:

���In shelters or transitional housing

���In abandoned buildings, tents or cars

���With friends, neighbors or relatives

���In any other stable or non-permanent living situation

Our Outreach Team goes into the community to connect people with care.

Comprehensive care is our specialty.

At clinics across greater Baltimore, we partner with clients to improve their health through:

���Medical, dental, pediatric, convalescent and psychiatric care

���Behavioral health therapy and substance use treatment

���Case management and benefits enrollment

���Peer support

Health Care for the Homeless is a non-profit federally qualified health center with a budget of $29M. We are accredited by The Joint Commission and certified as a primary care medical home
